We provide warranties that cover structural components and materials for 5 years.
Are there any limitations to where I can build the Adapt Living module?
In most cases, there are no specific limitations on where you can build a modular home. However, you need to comply with local zoning regulations and obtain necessary permits. We’re happy to handle that for you. Once we know your address, we'll check the zoning rules, setback requirements, and property size regulations in your area. Then we'll let you know if your property is suitable for building a modular home.
The A1 module can be installed anywhere, no permit required.
Can I add additional rooms or expand my Adapt Living home in the future?
Yes, the H1 and H2 modules can seamlessly expand when needed.
What is the expected lifespan of the Adapt Living module?
All Adapt Living modules are designed to be passed down through generations. The expected lifespan of the Adapt Living modules is 50+ years.
